1. General Information
For timely and accurate delivery, please make sure the address you provide at checkout is complete and correct. Include all vital details—such as abbreviations, street numbers, apartment or suite numbers, and any route information. BuyDigibox.com cannot be held responsible for misdelivered or lost packages if the address information given is incomplete or incorrect at the time of purchase.
2. Processing Time
Our standard processing time is 1 business day, which does not include weekends or federal holidays.
- Monday–Friday (before 2:00 pm PST): Orders submitted prior to 2:00 pm PST will usually ship out the same day.
- Monday–Friday (after 2:00 pm PST) and weekends/holidays: Orders placed after the cutoff time or on non-business days will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Shipping Rates & Timelines
- U.S. Orders: All domestic shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail from our main fulfillment center.
- All 50 US States: Estimated 1–3 business days
Once your order ships, a tracking email will be sent to you. Please note that delays can occur due to factors such as weather, holidays, or natural disasters. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates, and any issues with delays should be directed to USPS.
4. Delivery Claims
If your tracking details indicate that your package has been delivered, yet you have not received it, please contact us within 10 days to start a claim. We will collaborate with USPS to investigate and try to locate your shipment. Claims can sometimes take up to 30 days to resolve, based on the carrier’s processes. BuyDigibox.com is unable to provide refunds or credits for packages that USPS confirms as delivered.
5. Tracking Information
All orders placed through BuyDigibox.com include tracking. Once your package departs our fulfillment facility, we’ll email your tracking number(s). In certain cases, products may ship from different warehouses, so you might receive multiple tracking notifications. If you have questions or need help tracking your shipment, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.
6. Custom Charges
We ensure that your order will not incur extra customs fees. Should you be unexpectedly charged for customs clearance, please pay the necessary amount to avoid delivery delays. Then, send us proof of payment, and we will reimburse you for the charges.
7. Order Changes or Cancellations
Because orders are processed promptly, it can be difficult to alter or cancel them once they’re placed. If your order was submitted within the last 24 hours, contact us right away, and we will attempt to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that any changes or cancellations will be successful after your order enters processing.
