If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund (subject to the conditions outlined below).

2. Return & Refund Process

  1. Contact Support: To begin a return or request a replacement, email us at support@buydigibox.com.
  2. Shipping the Item Back:
    • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
    • Please include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation (if applicable).
  3. Condition of the Item:
    • Items returned in the same condition as delivered and in original packaging will qualify for a full refund without restocking fees.
    • Items not returned in their delivered condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  4. Refund Timeline: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3–5 business days. Your financial institution may take additional time to reflect this transaction in your account.

3. Warranty Information

  • 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty: All Digibox devices come with a one-year manufacturer warranty that covers manufacturing defects.
  • Accessories: Digibox accessories available on our site do not include the same warranty coverage.
  • If you experience any issues covered under warranty, please email us at support@buydigibox.com to initiate a replacement or repair.

4. Damage Claims (Shipping-Related)

Any damage arising from shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. To file a damage claim, contact our support team at support@buydigibox.com and provide the following:

  • Clear photos of the outside and inside of the shipping box
  • A photo of the shipping label
  • Photos clearly showing the damage to the product
  • Any other relevant details about the package condition or how it was received

5. Post-Warranty Repairs

If your Digibox device is out of warranty (beyond the one-year coverage period), you can still request repairs through BuyDigibox.com for an additional cost. Contact us at support@buydigibox.com to obtain a repair quote or discuss service options.
