Our Promise to You
At Digibox, your satisfaction matters most. Every device we ship undergoes thorough quality checks to ensure you receive a product that works perfectly. Our warranty is designed with one goal: giving you peace of mind with your purchase.
Your One-Year Protection Plan
All our products (unless specified otherwise) come with a full one-year warranty from the day you receive your device. If something isn't working right, we'll repair or replace it free of charge during this period.
Before sending anything back, just reach out to our customer service team first. While you'll need to cover the shipping to send the item back to us, we'll pay to ship the repaired or replacement Digibox back to you.
A Quick Note
If damage happens because of accidents or misuse (we know life happens!), the free repair option won't apply. You can still send it back to us for repair, but there will be a service fee plus return shipping costs.
What's Not Covered
Our warranty focuses on manufacturing defects. These situations fall outside our coverage:
- Damage from accidents like drops, knocks, or crushing
- Water or liquid damage
- Loss or theft
- Problems caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Issues from using non-Digibox firmware

- Share clear photos or video showing the problem
